DietID_TeamDietitians 10yr @Sarah_Phillips i cheated with store bought black bean sprouted dough (from WF), topped with a simple tomato onion sauce. Then I just stacked all the veggies raw, dolloped some truffle oil and mozzarella, and basil, and baked on 450. Tasted even better the next day right out of the fridge :)

DietID_TeamDietitians @garv my favorite combo was peach, lime, and mint. The lime gets pretty overpowering, so one slice is all you need.
