DietID_TeamDietitians 6yr Stellar!! My favorite no-added-sugar and no-egg breakfast is avo toast with greens, sesame oil, and tomato. Eggs were a go-to no-added-sugar breakfast item, but my little baby can't handle it when I eat eggs (b/c I'm breastfeeding) so I've had to get creative.
