Hey @JJJJJJ - Have you checked out the Drink 8 Glasses of Water Guidebook https://www.thefoodstand.com/challenge-groups/4-drink-8-glasses-of-water-a-day/guide ? It contains tips like carrying a refillable water bottle with you at all times so water is always within reach, adding chopped fruit and/or mint to your water to give it some flavor, trying some sparkling water for a refreshment, or hot water/tea with lemon if it's chilly. Getting in the habit of drinking a glass every time you check your phone, check the time, or stand up from your desk can be helpful too.

I have a 24 oz Seahawks (my team) water container I keep with me always. When I get up within the first hour I drink at least the first 24 oz. I drink water throughout the day. If you need flavor I add lemon slices or cucumber slices.

One at my work desk, one at home, and one to take in the car.
I get the 'chute' lid, and I find that room temp water is easier to drink.
I fill up about 3x a day at work. 1x at home. It becomes a habit.

Buy a calendar, For every glass you drink per day make a check mark, for every missed glass per day make an “X” and challenge yourself to 45seconds plank!!

I found it easier to drink more when I was more active! Doing physical activity made me need to drink more so it became a habit.

Drink a glass of water before every meal or link it to another habit you do very often. You can also drink a glass each time you go to the toilet

use big glasses and fill them completely with water, then you’ll have to drink it all and it’s much easier to consume water😉
