Thanks for sharing @garv ! Pretty interesting stuff. Awesome way to encourage home cooking by making it so easy to get a recipe for something that inspires you. One downside I see is when it comes to nuance. It has the potential to strip recipes of what makes them so special such as sugar cookies with lemon zest and almond extract, or a unique spice in a curry. Or also alternative recipes that use healthier substitutions—I'm guessing most things would be distilled down to butter, flour, sugar, instead of bananas and buckwheat flour, for example.
