You can do this @KatePeppiatt ! Get back on the wagon tomorrow. The best way to prevent eating these things are to get them out of the house! Stock up on fresh fruit and dates instead. That way if your sweet tooth strikes you can eat something nutritious and sweet, and not be tempted by the pods.

Thanks @annefood I guess being Easter it was a bit ambitious to try the no sweets, candy, desserts challenge the last few days. I'm starting again today and although there is still chocolate eggs in the house (kids) I feel so much better not eating them! My mind set is my biggest challenge so I just need to be mindful when I feel the sweet craving coming along and find something else to do instead!

You're right it can be really hard to try and establish a new habit when there's candy everywhere! I'm so glad you feel better not eating them. Planning ahead for when a sweet craving comes along is definitely the best strategy. In addition to having fruit/dates on hand, it can be helpful to distract yourself with an activity when the craving strikes. It often goes away when I'm doing something else.
