My Blood work report came in last week, it's all good numbers.
Especially Triglycerides came down to 116, from 202 in July 2016 & 181 in Nov 2016.
Your theory of changing the food habits/behavior has attributed to a great improvement in my lifestyle and I feel lot more energetic.
Besides following Eat 5 Fruits/Vegetables a day challenge, I have given up Soda, No Added Sugar and drink lot more water.
