First day of the Avoid Sugar at Breakfast Challenge!
Decided to take on the Avoid Sugar at Breakfast Challenge! I never realised just how much added sugar is present in some healthy breakfasts and how that can effect our blood sugar levels. I know this is gonna be difficult as my go-to breakfast was this homemade honey/maple sweetened granola which I absolutely LOVED. This morning I had 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt with 3/4 cup berries, a tbs of all natural peanut butter and a dash of cinnamon 🤗 (Wish I could post a picture of it but I devoured it because it looked so yummy 🙈)
