annefood 8yr Hey @Hunwick - All of these Challenges definitely require a level of self control and the desire to create healthy habits for your own body. The idea isn't to postpone bedtime in order to successfully complete the Challenge, but instead to adjust your eating schedule to eliminate large meals before bed and help curb late night snacking, so that you can get better sleep and ease digestion. If you are creeping your bedtime in order to make the Challenge work, you might be sacrificing your sleep in order to complete the Challenge. I recommend reading the Guidebook https://www.thefoodstand.com/challenge-groups/3-don-t-eat-2-hours-before-bed/guide for tips and committing to a bedtime so that you can hold yourself accountable for that 2 hour window without eating without sacrificing your sleep.
