annefood 9yr @itscheezybabay - try unsweetened muesli either with milk (or plain yogurt) and fresh fruit. You get the crunch and a good amount of protein but without any added sugar. I also really like plain yogurt with toasted nuts, toasted unsweetened coconut flakes, ground flax seeds and fruit (pear, banana, berries...). Again, nice and crunchy, natural sweetness and protein.
