DietID_TeamDietitians 8yr This is not a dumb question at all @itscheezybabay - often times these drinks are marketed as healthy alternatives to soda. Unfortunately we don't recommend artificially sweetened beverages like Propel. Propel zero calorie water is actually full of chemicals including Sucralose and Ace K, two chemicals that our friends at the Center for Science in the Public Interest recommend we all avoid. If you like something like Propel, I'd suggest using regular spring water and adding in your own frozen fruit, or opt for Poland Spring naturally flavored spring water or LaCroix flavored water. When in doubt, check the ingredient label and try to avoid zero calorie drinks that contain Aspartame, Acesulfame K (acesulfame potassium), Saccharin, or Sucralose.
