Monica101 9yr I am hanging in there. I am at work and I was going to eat breakfast I left overnight, but it's gone. Unfortunately, I have to go purchase something . Thank you for checking on me.

annefood 9yr You're welcome @Monica101 . Were you able to find something without added sugar? My go to if I have to purchase breakfast is often a piece of fresh fruit and some nuts. No added sugar, and it will sustain me until my next meal. Stick with it! The first week is the hardest, and you're doing great.

annefood Hey Monica101 ! So sorry to hear you are sick. Was the orange juice 100% fruit juice? It so, then it doesn't have any added sugar and you don't need to take a free pass. We recommend drinking juice...
