I also love cinnamon spiced black tea for this reason. It's a great alternative to sugar :)
16.10.16 - Lunch was a super filling portion of wholegrain couscous with shrimps, carrots, zucchini and peppers. Very easy and healthy

This one is great too. I like to use couscous or quinoa as a filling base topped with fish and veggies. Great lunch!

I used dried one but I think you can also use fresh oregano
