There are lots of great tips and tricks to help you through your Challenge. In general staying hydrated, eating plenty of protein (fish, lean meats, beans) and healthy fats (avocado, nuts) and fiber (fruits and veg), and not letting yourself get too hungry are key. If you're having a craving and need something sweet, reach for a piece of fresh fruit (or dried but make sure it doesn't have any added sugar). Good luck!

DietID_TeamDietitians 8yr One new favorite find that has helped me is cinnamon spice tea. I drink it with no added sugar or milk, and the natural sweetness of the cinnamon satisfies my cravings.
