Good job @Akshay !! I know it can be super hard to start that and keep going, especially since our world puts so much emphasis on sugar and sweets! Kudos to you for keeping strong!

@bananazen92 thank you so much ! it's been like 2 weeks and I'm completely off sweets and desserts and now I've stopped craving it. I used to get quite a sugar rush after having dessert or a candy so that has completely gone now. it's going great !

@akshay this is so awesome! Serious hugs all around. I've been at a wedding the past couple days and I've found it hard to avoid sweets, and now I find I'm craving them. I need to reset asap so I can kick the cravings too. Thanks for the inspiration.

level 4 complete. because of this challenge I've started to feel so much more energetic and healthy. it's been a great run. for the last month I've not had a single candy and now I don't crave it...

Before this challenge I used to have atleast 2-3 sweets everyday but now I haven't had a single sweet in 7 days. I took a total of 4 passes in the whole thing.
