annefood 8yr Hey @NoaMashiah - I love this fruit, yogurt and oatmeal breakfast ! If you're doing the Avoid Sugar at Breakfast Challenge, try omitting the honey or use a 1/2 free pass. Unfortunately honey counts as added sugar. But the raisins are a great way to add additional sweetness! Keep up the good work.

annefood 8yr Hey @bigbelly ! Dates are fine in the avoid added sugar challenge since the fruit is naturally sweet. However, always eat dried fruit in moderation (because they are high in natural sugars) and try to eat them with some protein such as almonds to prevent a spike in blood sugar.
