darkchocolatepeanutbutter 8yr @dork Sometimes it's hard to separate emotional hunger from physical hunger. Take time to distract yourself with other activities you enjoy like exercise or journaling. You could just be craving some self-love :)

annefood 8yr Hey @dork ! Try to transfer the habit away from food and onto a cup of herbal tea or water (either hot or cold) with lemon like @nloai001 suggested. It may be that you've simply gotten into the habit of food, when a comforting cup of herbal tea would do the trick. And there's nothing wrong with developing a habit of drinking a cup herbal tea upon arriving home! I love @darkchocolatepeanutbutter 's response of doing something not food related that feeds you in a different way too.
