Have to tried a natural peanut butter/almond butter on toast with banana? I have the same issue when I dont eat enough GOOD carbs for breaky! Thats very healthy and low in sugar :)

Be sure to eat a breakfast as the others have said. Banana and no sugar peanut butter is a great, simple breakfast option that will give you the energy to start the day. Let us know how it's going @grace4
