DietID_TeamDietitians 8yr Hey @abs! welcome! We have tons of healthy snack ideas in the avoid sweets guidebook https://www.thefoodstand.com/challenge-groups/13-avoid-sweets-dessert-and-candy/guide but some of my favorite that have been shared by other foodstanders include: celery and almond butter, plain rice cakes for no sugar snacking, a handful of almonds and cashews, or roasted spicy chickpeas. Hope that helps!

darkchocolatepeanutbutter 8yr Welcome to the Foodstand community @abs! @Rachna is definitely right about snack choices. A good rule of thumb is that a snack should be smaller than a regular meal and include a carb (ex. fruit) and either protein or fat (ex. hard boiled egg/nut butter) so that you won't be hungry right after eating. Thanks for the question!
