DietID_TeamDietitians 8yr @Nikkipayne1 - one trick I learned is to stop punishing yourself if you had a slip up. These things happen, and punishing isn't helping you do better tomorrow- instead it makes you feel guilty. If you just let it roll off your back and focus on tomorrow, and celebrate a good day, or even just one good choice (you can do it with us!) you'll be much better off ;) ππΌππΌππΌ *hugs*
