purplebatman 8yr You can throw out or give away any of your dessert food so you don't have it in your house. It will reduce the cravings as you do not see the food every day.

nicoleigh 8yr Sliced strawberries cooked in the oven on a low temperature for a few hours are pretty tasty :)

Emy 8yr @kristinamlynar feel you ! Having the same problem over here... It's so hard, because all those tasty little desserts are just delicious ...! 😅

annefood 8yr Great tips all! @kristinamlynar have you checked out the Avoid Sweets Guidebook? https://www.thefoodstand.com/challenge-groups/13-avoid-sweets-dessert-and-candy/guide There are some great tips in there too. And I promise it will get easier after 4 days or so of avoiding sweets. Once you stop eating them you'll crave them less. Keep up the good work!

AnitaD 8yr I think it's natural to crave sweets. I just keep dried mangos and cinnamon tea on hands at all time. I know I should really eat fresh mangoes, but I don't get them near me, so I get the dried ones that don't have any added sugar or sulfates. Give that a try.

muffylolo 8yr Try green grapes, they are crunchy juicy and sweet and can help you. I know its so hard. I have the same problem. I started eating greek yogurt for dessert and that helps. Im also going to try having dates

darkchocolatepeanutbutter 8yr @kristinamlynar - Desserts in moderation are definitely not bad for you. Fruits are also a great alternative to processed desserts. Ever had banana ice cream? ;)
