Hey @barbarabee - In this challenge, we ask that you avoid Splenda for the No Added Sugar Challenge. Splenda has been placed on the "avoid" list by our partners CSPI (https://cspinet.org/new/201602081.html) Because the Stevia plant is indeed a natural sweetener, you can use the plant. I used to grow it in a pot and use the leaves. There are some stevia-based sugar substitutes like Truvia that are also highly processed. I would say avoid those if you can and opt for the real plant instead.
