I have to be to work early in the morning and I don't have a lot of time in the mornings to cook breakfast. What are some of your favorite breakfasts on the go that aren't loaded with sugars?

Overnight oats! Just rolled oats, almond milk or regular milk, dried fruits or fresh fruits - just put all of that in a jar, tupperware, or solo cup, and place it in the fridge tonight and it will be ready tomorrow morning.

A shake usually is quick if you have the ingredients prepped. An easy one is banana, collard or spinach, flax seeds, apple, ginger, and oatmeal. I can throw all of those into my blender and it's ready in one minute, tops. Hope that helps!

Ok, this may sound crazy -- I make an omelette muffin most mornings, and I've got it down to 2 minutes of prep. When I wake up, I whip up 2 eggs, add some salt, pepper, whatever herbs I have, and maybe a chopped pepper or tomato. I pour the mix into a greased muffin tin and put it in the oven at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes. By the time I'm out of the shower, it's ready to come out of the oven, and by the time I'm ready to leave, it's ready to grab in a napkin.
