I made something similar, but simmered quinoa with the lentils so it was extra filling =)
Sugar detox day 4! Morning oats w/ banana, blueberries, seeds, nuts, almond milk and chia seeds... Huge sugar cravings 😿

Breakfast : overnight oats with banana and almond milk (no added sugar but i love bananas) and lemon juice w/ water

Love bananas in overnight oats. I also mix in some nuts for a crunch.
