thanks! I used a Lebanese spice mix that had black pepper, cumin, paprika, coriander, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cardamom

Made with 100% local ingredients: eggs, challah, butternut squash purée, creme fraiche, maple syrup and butternut squash seed oil. Perfect Food Revolution day dish, I think!
