She says that thinking about her diet simply runs in the background but I would argue that measuring and counting every single think you eat takes up a TON of mental space! I know she's a ballet dancer and her weight is in the spotlight (literally) much more than the typical American, yet many Americans find themselves counting practically as obsessively as Theresa does.

@annefood I agree, Anne and watching her heat up Trader Joe's products all day was depressing to me. What concerns me most is how she will be able to maintain a healthy diet after her ballet years. I hope later in her life she learns how to cook real food.

I totally agree @darkchocolatepeanutbutter - and eating a corndog regularly for breakfast doesn't qualify as healthy in my book. Could be worse I suppose, but...

I'm glad the point is made about how your body absorbs nutrients, like vitamin D. Just drinking water with extra vitamins doesn't help you as much ingesting it with a full meal.
