Mariampa 8yr @lauren Sure. Bought already riced cauliflower in a bag from trader joe's. I rubbed it with olive oil salt pepper and roasted on a flat pan watching it like a hawk because it browns fast. I let it cool and used a grated hard cheese-pecorino to mix in, with only 2 eggs. I patted down two small round crusts that I could flip like a pancake on a cast iron sauté pan on the stove top instead of a big one in the oven. It gets nice and crispy.
