I've always thought that it was so ironic that places where healthy food should matter most (hospitals, schools), often the nutritional value was poor. And I have a friend who works in a prison, and the employees are forced to eat the abysmal cafeteria food, as they're not able to bring their own possessions into the prison with them, so packing lunch isn't an option.

I saw an article about this today - I think it's an absolutely brilliant idea. More events should adopt this idea.

Agreed! So much food goes to waste at large events and it could make such a difference. I wonder what stadiums and convention centers are doing about this day to day
