Why Reinventing Hospital Food Isn’t as Easy as It Sounds | MUNCHIES

I've always thought that it was so ironic that places where healthy food should matter most (hospitals, schools), often the nutritional value was poor. And I have a friend who works in a prison, and the employees are forced to eat the abysmal cafeteria food, as they're not able to bring their own possessions into the prison with them, so packing lunch isn't an option.

This makes me so sad. The inherent hypocrisy is almost numbing, but I'm so glad women like this are fighting for what's right. @akhilg2002 - you should get Foodstanders in touch with your hospital cafeteria.
