Fermentation with a Kick: Canning Spicy Kraut
Join the Amagansett Food Institute to learn about the applications and health benefits of fermentation. Nadia Ernestus, fermentation expert and owner of Hamptons Brine, will host this workshop at the Amagansett Farmers Market on Sunday, September 4th at 1:00 p.m. She will demonstrate how to make spicy sauerkraut and will discuss the many health benefits of incorporating fermented foods into your diet. Tickets are $45 and include all materials and supplies to follow along and make your own spicy kraut in this hand-on workshop.
