@mirasingh I am not quite sure...but I looked it up, seems like you can use sherry or sweet marsala to replace it, and if white wine, add a bit more sugar to it. I haven't done that before, as I always have mirin at home. Sorry but hope it helps!

@MaureenS yes, I do that if I crave for ramen. But mostly I cook with rice noodles:)

@JenniferEmilson it is not always easy to find the right kind of noodles as most gf pasta are very chewy and don't taste so nice. I am happy to find mine ;)

@gingerandchorizo, have you tried Stevia in your tea. It can be difficult to find pure Stevia without any added sugar, but it helps with the sweet-tooth cravings.
Yuba (aka tofu skin) is a delicious substitute to meat products and pack full with protein. If you love tofu, you will love Yuba, even if you don't like tofu, you will still like Yuba :)
