@Udi this is fab , thank you ! @NehaNBB chickpea water or as food snobs would say , aquafaba ; works brilliantly where egg whites are used for aeration like meringue , macaroons etc. In a recipe like muffins where egg lends texture & moisture , milk or a bit of yoghurt does the trick.
