How do you harvest them? Just a sharp pair of scissors snipping away?

@sugardetoxme we use sharp harvest knives. They're a little easier to move around in the trays. Same knives we use for lettuce and other leafy greens.
Red Russian Kale, Napa Cabbage, radish micro, dill and Tuscan Kale. These are all from thinning out our seedlings in the greenhouse. I always love making salads off of our thinnings #nofoodwaste

Does "thinning" In farming mean the same thing as "thinning" when you get a haircut? Maybe a dumb question, but I don't know!

@Rachna pretty similar! Sometimes when we seed in the greenhouse we accidentally drop multiple seeds into a cell. There's not enough room in each cell for multiple seeds to grow healthy before...
A study found that amaranth micros have 4-6 times more nutrients than their full grown counterparts. They have a flavor very similar to beet micros, just a bit more mild.
