Help guys! I'm in a rut! What are your go-to recipes for easy but delicious and good-for-you (vegetarian) meals for one?
I love me a grain bowl (general equation: grains, veggies, beans, dressing/sauce) but it's all I've been making lately. I'd love some inspiration and tips from the community for what else I should try. Preferably something easy to make at the beginning of the week and bring to work for lunch or enjoy for dinner at home without much prep. #FoodRevolution
