this is such a comprehensive piece and really pegs the policy moves to subsidize monoculture as the root cause. Curious if people disagree with any of this? And if this makes you feel more or less compelled to eat processed food?

My idea of moderation is asking myself what have I not eaten in a while? If I haven't remembered the last time I had a soda, it's time for a soda :)
