gingerandchorizo 8yr @Rachna the pan has to be hot and well oiled, crack an egg in the pan then fry on high heat for a minute, make sure the white is not all over the place and the bottom is not sticking (I use non-stick pan). Then turn the heat down to medium and let it cook for a couple of minutes until you see the edge is turning crispy and the white is mostly set (depends on how you like it). Writing this makes me want to fry egg😂
