If you read the food labels, the lower the fat content on dairy, yogurt etc, the higher sugar content tends to be. Glad you posted this Udi. A pet peeve of mine!

Thank you for this! I'm surprised that people still demonize all fats but the key is satiety. The lower the fat, the less satisfied we are, and the more we eat.
