DietID_TeamDietitians 8yr He was also on brian Lehrer yesterday. I agree with his point that can't turn a blind eye to innovation, but I think his assertions that our beef industry is actually more sustainable than grass fed beef in South America is not correct. He also totally disregards biodiversity and its importance in getting the nutrients we need and the planet back in shape. I'm sure he is way more researched than I am seeing as he is an agricultural economist, but I felt like he ignores or denies obvious facts
