I'm on board except for the frozen pizzas and fortified cereals... They may be fortified but there's frequently a ton of sugar and junk in there too. As for the frozen pizzas, ditto. Freezing a high quality pizza, sure. But most of the frozen products are terrible and packed with chemical nonsense.

not a fan of this list. if you don't look closely at labels it's very easy to but things that have hidden sugars and rancid oils in it, like frozen pizza. And putting granola on the list?! I have yet to find a granola without any added sugars. Anyone know of one??
I am on board w/ the canned beans, frozen veggies and nut butters.

@brittanymbarton I don't buy store bought granola for the same reason. I like to make a batch of granola using ripe bananas and maple syrup from Green Kitchen Stories. It's not too sweet and still tasty :)

Agreed @brittanymbarton and @darkchocolatepeanutbutter- yogurts are full of sugar too as are some peanut butters. There are versions of these processed foods that are good though. But as a blanket statement the article is problematic.

@Brittanymbarton also agree - fresh frozen veggies and fruits are totally fine, but the minute they are prepped and frozen, they are packed with added salt, sugar, preservatives and all kinds of things that aren't good for you. Granola as well is a sugar trap if you use a store-bought kind. As for yogurt - good luck finding one with < 12 g of sugar. Siggi's is the only one i've seen on the market.

@Rachna I always eat plain yogurt- 4g natural sugar! I eat it with fruit and nuts and it's plenty sweet!
