Re-learning the family recipe for Peruvian chicha morada!
Chicha morada is a traditional Peruvian drink made from beautiful dried purple corn. All it takes is boiling the corn, pineapple core and peel, cinnamon, and cloves in a pot until the kernels begin to pop. Once strained and cooled, lime juice and sugar is added. For an extra kick, diced apples are sometimes added for texture. ❤️
