Use a combo of rice and chickpea flours for a gluten-free crispy crust when panfrying!
Last night I tried this awesome David Tanis recipe for Spicy Fried Shrimp that calls for a coating of rice and chickpea flours and it works great! (Note: I didn't fully submerge the shrimp in oil as he calls for but did more of a pan fry method with a thin layer of oil instead.) #kitchentips
