Thanks for asking, I should post to YouTube or start blogging! For now:
1. I chop all the herbs/spices (turmeric, garlic, ginger, dill, parsley, onion, cayenne, lime juice) and mix some into olive oil. I keep the rest on the side.
2. I put most of the veggies (cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, chickpeas, lentils, mushrooms, carrots) onto their own cooking pans, and apply the herb oil. Letting them sit in the oven between 15-30 minutes (at 450° F).
3. I make some quinoa with chopped onions and the same spice mix.
4. I put some Kale on top and squeeze some more lime and that's it! Boom - 10 meals for the entire week's lunches and dinners!

Welcome!! This is awesome. I actually just picked up some fresh turmeric at the farmers market so will try this mix for my veggies for the week!
