With @jacmix! I think the absurd amount of cheese took away from any health benefits of cauliflower.

lauren 9yr The bottom of ours got a little burnt/stuck to the pan so we had to scrape it off (wasn't as glamorous as eating a normal pizza slice)... Not sure what the fix is but it definitely isn't to use aluminum foil in place of parchment paper -

lauren 9yr The recipe I followed had us pre-baking the crust for 20 minutes (which seemed a little long) then 10 more minutes with toppings.
