I used roasted sweet potato before and that was good. Never tried raw one:)

I just put a chunked up giant sweet potato, one large chunked beet, maybe a cup of dates, in my VitaMix and blended. I'd recommend soaking the dates first and maybe curbing and freezing the veggies first...you could experiment with extras too, like cinnamon or cardamom etc...or a bit of almond milk instead of water. Enjoy! @serveMEnow

Nope - pop then right out of the pod, grind the with your handy mortar and pestle and throw them in!

Never tried roasting toasting/roasting them before, @HealthyHarlequin . I 'LLC have to try that some time. Gosh, all these ideas are so inspiring, and motivating me all the more for raw vegan culinary school! 😜😊💖
