I do think there's a such thing as being too rigorous about what we eat. I am a product of my time, my culture. Gonna chill and eat an Oreo after I finish my kale salad. 🤗

I'm with you Tina -- too much of anything is a problem. Even professional body builders who often follow the most rigorous diets incorporate "cheat meals" into their regime where they eat whatever they want. There are substantial psychological and physical benefits to letting loose once in a while; change is good.
