Why Cakes Crack (& How to Prevent It)
I am not a good baker and have had many #foodfails while making cakes. Cracked cakes have become a norm - I convinced myself this gives my cakes character. But - finally - some good #bakingtips on how to avoid cracked cakes. Set the right temperature, use the right pan, and if you're going rogue, put a pan with water in the oven at the same time to allow the steam to help evenly cook the cake. Cc @MargaretG
