I love replicating a restaurant dish at home!

The inspiration for this recipe came from Charlie Hallowell, an esteemed Chez Panisse alum, and the Chef/Owner of Pizzaiolo in Oakland. It's a lot more economical to cook at home, plus making a recipe that satisfies my craving for my West Coast favorite is fun! #eats
