A new way to use prunes! Simmered them in earl grey tea, ginger root and ground cloves. And then topped sourdough toast, banana and skyr with them! And guess what- the bread and skyr are probiotic heaven! #GetReal

JenniferEmilson 9yr I usually do a whole batch, using enough water (or orange juice) to let them simmer and let them plump up and still have enough liquid to reduce to a lovely syrup. It keeps well in the fridge. @Rachna
