What People are Saying
"What is batch cooking? Preparing most or all of your meals and snacks for the entire week. By making a date with your kitchen for about 3 hours, 1 day every week, you'll save money, time, and actually meet your health goals. No freezing required for any of your batch cooking as you’ll be eating this throughout the week.
At Ashley Street Teaching Kitchen, we're stretching that idea even further. In our professional kitchen, our community of students will cook up at least eight recipes in this hands-on workshop. Chef Alexis will lead you through a range of recipes highlighting nutritious, seasonal produce and whole grains. We'll share dinner, and you'll pack up your favorites as FIVE PREPARED MEALS. That means you'll have variety - the spice of life! - throughout the week, and have saved time on grocery shopping. Simply Bring Your Own Tupperware (BYOT) to the event.
PLEASE NOTE: If the class does not meet our minimum enrollment (4 people), we will offer you a full refund. We will let you know as soon as possible if we will need to cancel a class. Thank you for your patience.
