One of the first dishes I made when I first started to cook at home. Cheating by using fresh lasagne sheets for the pappardelle was a great introduction to making and using fresh pasta. Since then I make my own but this is a great way to start and who's going to know once you've served ;)
The Pangrattato gives a beautiful crisp and crunch texture with the meaty taste of the porcini, it compliments the slow braised sweet oooozy leeks magnificently. #FoodRevolution #kitchentips
