3. Challenge your friends to a #NoFoodWaste November! We will curate some of the best posts to highlight with our partners.
Foodstanders say No. Food. Waste.
I save my veggie scraps in a bag in the freezer, and when I have a couple bags full I make stock, and then compost the scraps.
It's great having homemade stock frozen for when I want to make soup. Plus it's free, easy, and gives those scraps a second life! #nofoodwaste
Dinner @ Casa de Aguilar, featuring a meal made for my Paleontologist! Ok, she's Paleo, but paleontologist sounds so much more fun!
A delicious Paleo meal: grilled chicken topped with an asparagus and mushroom lemon cream sauce, served with cauliflower rice. Oh. My. Yum.
